The annual invitation-only Osmocom Developer Conference is still looking for contributions.

Please keep in mind that this is a small meeting of developers only, so any submissions should be targeted to a highly technical audience.

Our primary interest is in topics related to
* mobile communications technology (3GPP, ETSI, ...)
* open source software in mobile communications (both osmocom and other projects)
* embedded electronics / open source hardware relevant to mobile communications
* research / reverse engineering of mobile communications equipment
* developer tools, debugging and tracing systems
* tools for functional or performance testing mobile communications at any level / any interface
* obscure communications systems (beyond mainstream 3GPP technology) nobody has ever heard of

Beyond the above, we also welcome any other technical topic that you as a developer would love to share within the community of osmocom developers.
